3.6 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. sh88 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its internal dormancy policy, details of which are available upon request from support.
4.1 All bets placed on the sh88 sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
4.2 sh88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets offered at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical malfunction or human error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the user's account.

5.2 sh88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the conditions of any promotion will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
